No Refunds on Digital Downloads
Once a file has been purchased and the download has begun or been completed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. This is due to the non-returnable nature of digital content.
Exceptions
Refunds may be issued only under the following exceptional circumstances:
• You were charged multiple times for the same product.
• The file is corrupted or unopenable, and we are unable to resolve the issue after troubleshooting.
